Apple and Google decided to not extend their agreement about YouTube app in the latest iOS 6. It means iOS 6 user will not get any native YouTube experience out of the box. Although Google decided to launch a dedicated YouTube app for for iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad devices, which will give them more control over adding new features and future updates. The official YouTube iOS app is now more integrated with your YouTube account, simply sign in to access your subscriptions, playlists, uploads and more.

The new YouTube iOS app is designed similar to the Google+ app which shows large video thumbnails from your YouTube subscribed channels and recommended videos. You can search for videos with keywords typing or with voice search, keep up with your favorite YouTube channels, browse related videos, rate videos, read comments, enable subtitle and share YouTube videos from your mobile device.
