By using the HandBrake as its encoding engine, VidCoder can easily rip DVDs and Blu-Rays and also convert video in to format that your tablet (iPad, Android Tab) or smartphone (iPhone, Android Phone) can play.
VidCoder allows you to select the video source by Video File, DVD/Blu-Ray Folder or directly load DVD or Blu-Ray from the rom. After you select the source, VidCoder will analyze the file and give you all the video ripping & conversion options. You can choose the video range you want, pick the audio track encoder with and add a subtitle file. VidCoder offers preset encoding setting specified for PC, TV, iPad, iPhone.
You could customize more specific video conversion options from the advance setting, where you can choose the Video and Audio Codec, Quality, Container, Picture size, Cropping, add video filters and all other necessary options. You can also get a instant preview of what the video will look like. VidCoder calls directly into the HandBrake library gives it a more rich UI than the official HandBrake Windows GUI.
