1 - Download Samsung Smart Switch Tool for Windows (6.9MB) or Mac OS.
2 - Connect your old phone into your PC or MAC via cable.
3 - Backup your old phone using its default backup tool. Use iTunes for iPhone. For Samsung Android devices, use Samsung Kies.
4 - Select your old smartphone manufacturer or backup data folder.
5 - Select the content that you want to transfer and click on the Start Transfer button.
