LINQPad is a free Language-Integrated Query (LINQ) utility for Microsoft .NET to interactively query SQL databases and other data sources such as OData or WCF Data Services using LINQ. LINQPad allows users to query databases in a simple and interactive way with the support of LINQ to Objects, SQL, Entity Framework, LINQ to XML, LINQ Parallel dialects. LINQPad IQ Driver uses IQueryable toolkit and supports MySQL, SQLite and Oracle. Querying is merely a special case of using LINQPad than SQL Management Studio. More generally, LINQPad is a C# / VB / F# scratchpad that instantly executes any expression, statement block or program with rich output formatting and a wealth of features that is more robust. It also supports OData / WCF Data Services - including StackOverflow, SharePoint, and Windows DataMarket, Microsoft's ubercool Reactive Extensions.
