Samsung Link is an integrated service that replaces AllShare Play on select Samsung devices and allows you to remotely access content, including photos, music, videos and documents, from multiple storage locations on any connected device. Samsung Link makes it easy to access the content you want anywhere, anytime. With a simple touch, you can send videos from your mobile device to your Smart TV for enhanced viewing, or listen to music from your home computer on the go.
Samsung Link connects all devices and storage services in one place for integrated search and playback. you can search all your stored content at once and manage it wirelessly with Samsung Link. Users can register their device such as a PC, smartphone, or tablet to the same account, and watch videos, listen to music, or share photos or documents on their device remotely. Content on storage services such as Dropbox, or Skydrive can be also downloaded or streamed.
Samsung Link makes it possible to share and play media content on DLNA-ready devices (desktop computers, laptops, TVs, mobile phones, tablets, camcorders, digital cameras, etc.) via a local network. View, play and send content from one device to another or access saved content on storage services such as Dropbox and Skydrive. After installing Samsung Link on your PC you are enable you to use following features:
Remote playback and transfer of content across devices
As well as content on the home PC, content on devices with the same account can be played or transferred across devices while on the move. You will get the full control which media files you want to share and and which devices will allows to get access to those content.
Access content on TV
Using the DLNA function supported by AllShare, users can play videos saved on their smartphone, tablet, or PC on their TV. In addition, once logged in with the same account, users can also access content on devices connected to other networks or on a storage service on their TV.
