Skype Qik available for iPhone, Android and Windows Mobile user. After downloading your app to your phone you just need to register your number and you can get started. You can sent messages to one friend or a group, as long their number is in your address book. If your friends have Qik yet the recipient will get a SMS letting know what to do. Its super easily to use just press the record button to stat recording and second time to stop and send. You can flip between your front and rear camera while recording your message.
